We believe in everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for replacement or refund within six months of purchase.
Optics and electronics from our national vendors may be returned within 90 days of purchase with the original sales receipt. To qualify, the item must be returned in its original packaging and all accompanying manuals, documents, accessories. After the 90 day window, these items must be returned with the manufacturer. All of their warranties are in effect.
ROE’s return policy doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear, against damage caused by accidents or improper use.
If there is a manufacturing defect in your item’s materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.
Our return policy does not apply to the sale of firearms, ammunition, gunpowders, primers, black powder guns, or items that are engraved or altered. All sales of such are considered final and may not be returned due to safety considerations
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail:
You can return or exchange purchases from ROE by mail. If you are returning or exchanging an item by mail, we recommend you send your package with a means to track and insure the item. We are not responsible for packages lost in shipment without proof of tracking.
You must have a proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.
Items being returned or exchanged must be cleaned. Merchandise received by our Returns Department that are not cleaned or laundered will be returned at your expense.
Items that don’t meet the conditions for return will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
To return or exchange an item:
- Include a copy of your proof of purchase. If you have misplaced your proof of purchase, contact our Returns Department
- Ship your package with a means to track and insure the item.
*Unless we caused an error in your order shipment, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Items that are damaged in shipment, are perishable, or are drop shipped from the manufacturer, please contact our Returns Department before returning. Manufacturer’s warranties cover some of the products we sell, and some require that their items be sent directly to them for replacement or repair.
